What We Did

We collaborated with a local financial advisor, to enhance their lead generation capabilities and expand their circle of influence. As their process heavily relied on LinkedIn, we aimed to streamline filtering and vetting of potential opportunities and leads. To achieve this, we created a powerful scraper tool that analyzed their second-level connections, identifying ideal clients based on specific criteria such as CEO, director, or vice president roles.

Next, we leveraged the scraped data to cross-reference it with the advisor's ideal client personas.  The best part was each advisor could create a list of ideal clients that fit their specialty. This step enabled our AI system to distinguish between valuable prospects and irrelevant noise, presenting them with a refined list of weekly new opportunities and leads. The AI-driven process also highlighted the best referral connections, providing the client with unique communication strategies customized for each potential prospect.

What We Did

As an AI consulting firm, we partnered with an art dealer client to revolutionize their art acquisition process. Leveraging advanced AI technologies, we developed a comprehensive solution to efficiently source art pieces for sale and auction. Our approach involved scraping eBay for specific types of art, automating the communication through a reverse-engineered form filler, and seamlessly integrating Gmail and ChatGPT.

The AI-powered system engaged potential prospects at scale, initiating conversations about buying their art. As communication flowed into the client's email, ChatGPT took over with prompts and event sequences, negotiating on behalf of the client and learning from frequently asked questions to enhance its negotiation skills.

Upon successful negotiations, the system automatically moved conversations to a designated folder for the client to finalize transactions. For any questions outside ChatGPT's capabilities, the system efficiently redirected them to a human interaction label for seamless continuity.
